I believe this is a pair of adidas board shorts.
They don't have an inner mesh lining to begin with, so I've been using them as summer shorts.
The size is 84, which I think is equivalent to a Medium.
The waist is elastic and stretchy, so it should fit up to around a 90.
These are rare DESCENTE era shorts.
