Excellent condition. No Torn pages, in a protective plastic envelope & Carded. Please review photographs, as this does have a tear in the binder at the top down to the first staple and there were multiple pages that had been dog-eared over. Please review photos closely, it did appear all pages are intact and without any tears.
Grade: VG+ 4.5 A slightly below-average collectible with multiple moderate defects.
